Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with CORES Level II Certification to join their team. Working closely with the Corporate Services Manager and legal counsel, this role will provide essential support for corporate and commercial transactions, manage minute books, handle incorporations, and complete various corporate filings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update corporate records and minute books
- Prepare annual returns, conduct due diligence, and perform corporate searches
- Liaise with government agencies and external professionals
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Legal Assistant or Paralegal Diploma from a recognized institution
- CORES Level II Certification
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
