You’ll play a key role in the financial success of hydro, wind, and solar operations—partnering closely with both finance and operational teams.
This position is downtown Calgary and works in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days from home).

What You’ll Do
- Manage revenue cycle accounting for multiple assets.
- Prepare invoicing, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, royalties, and system uploads.
- Review customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition (including PPAs).
- Prepare standalone financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Partner with operational staff to analyze variances and improve processes.
- Maintain documentation for revenue-related accounting processes.
What You Bring
- Strong accounting fundamentals with proven revenue recognition expertise.
- Experience in complex, multi-entity environments is a must have.
- Comfort with high transaction volumes and detailed calculations.
- CPA designation (or in progress).
- Bonus: Renewable energy experience, particularly with PPAs and related contracts.
