We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable individual to provide reception coverage on August 7th, 8th, and 18th 2025. The role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment while supporting daily office needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a courteous and professional experience
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency in basic office equipment (phone, computer, printer)
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
Must be able to work 7:30am to 3:30pm
