Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Manage calendars for senior leaders, including prioritizing requests and resolving conflicts
- Prepare, proofread, and format confidential correspondence including memos, emails, and leadership communications
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 plus years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Previous experience supporting senior management or executives
- Criminal background check is required
