What You’ll Do:
- Support daily trading and monitoring of client account activity
- Prepare client reports and assist with portfolio and pool metrics
- Perform trade reconciliations, including third-party custodial communications
- Manage a portfolio management software tool for client accounts
- Provide general administrative support for the team
What You Bring:
- A diploma or degree in business, financial services, or administration
- 2+ years of experience in banking, investments, or related fields (or equivalent education + experience)
- A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills
