A detail-oriented and tech-savvy administrative professional is sought to support student information systems and enrollment management processes. This role ensures accurate data maintenance, compliance with Ministry regulations, and seamless coordination across academic, IT, and admissions teams.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and audit student records in SIS, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education (MoE) standards

  • Collaborate with IT to extract data, create reports, and troubleshoot Blackbaud system issues

  • Support student onboarding and manage required documentation (e.g., PENs, PR cards, medical info)

  • Liaise with Academic Counselors and Directors to reflect curriculum changes and course updates in SIS

  • Assist in report card preparation, student scheduling, timetabling, and transcript management

  • Manage TRAX submissions, 1701 reporting, and transfer credit evaluations

  • Administer medical alert notifications and off-campus emergency contact lists

  • Support enrollment cycles: process applications, maintain Admissions files, and prepare acceptance communications

  • Coordinate admissions events, assessments, and parent/student onboarding activities

  • Respond to inquiries, manage tours, and update enrollment data for internal stakeholders

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years' experience in administration with strong database and customer service skills

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field

  • Knowledge of Blackbaud (Core), student information systems, and MoE policies preferred

  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite

  • Experience in independent schools or hospitality/event coordination is an asset

  • Excellent organization, communication, discretion, and initiative required
