Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary General Office Clerk to support our team during an upcoming project in Saskatoon. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of clerical tasks and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general office and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record keeping
- Support project logistics and assist with organizing materials and supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain organized workspaces and project documentation
- Lift and move boxes or supplies up to 50 lbs as required
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a team environment and taking direction
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and following established protocols
- Criminal background check is required
