We are hiring an HR Assistant for a temporary assignment with our Victoria client. This HR Assistant role will begin immediately and will run until November. This is an ideal role for an HR student with a strong administrative background looking to gain experience in a collaborative and supportive work environment. The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check.

About Our Client
Based just outside of Downtown Victoria, our logistics client is well established in both Canada and the US. With many years as a leader in their industry, they are still growing rapidly and are looking to add some temporary support for their busy season!

About The Opportunity
The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the high volume onboarding of seasonal employees. Organizing and collecting new hire documentation, drafting letters and communications, issuing ROE’s and assisting with basic recruitment. This role is 100% office based, the location is transit accessible, and it’s a great place to work!
