Our client is a well-established insurance brokerage in Vancouver that is backed by a strong partner network and access to a variety of markets. With a steady flow of inbound leads, mostly from online inquiries and phone calls, you’ll step into a role where the business comes to you. This is a great opportunity for a motivated insurance professional to earn strong commissions and grow within a supportive team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage personal lines insurance inquiries and policy servicing
- Handle incoming leads from phone calls and web traffic (no cold calling)
- Use brokerage systems to quote, bind, and renew policies
- Support clients with policy changes, questions, and documentation
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of personal lines experience in a brokerage setting
- Familiarity with PowerBroker, ICBC systems, and quoting tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Level 2 license
