What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day financial operations across multiple locations.
- Oversee monthly and year-end financial close, internal reporting, and analysis.
- Provide leadership to the accounting team—coaching, developing, and inspiring high performance.
- Ensure compliance with ASPE and all regulatory requirements, including GST, PST, and payroll.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational goals and business performance.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting accuracy through ERP optimization (D365 experience is a plus).
- Partner with IT and BI teams to build out actionable dashboards, reporting tools, and seamlined reconciliation processes.
What You Bring
- CPA designation (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years in a senior accounting or controller role, ideally in a multi-location, operational environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence, problem-solve, and drive results.
- Experience in agriculture, equipment, retail, or manufacturing sectors is a strong asset.
- amiliarity with D365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems is a major plus.
