Our client, a leader in their field based in Kingsville, ON, is looking for a Director, Treasury & Shared Services to lead treasury operations, financial risk management, insurance, and centralized AR/AP functions. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with a strong financial background, operational focus, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships
- Optimize treasury operations and corporate credit card programs
- Lead risk mitigation, insurance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee AR/AP teams, drive automation, and improve working capital performance
- Support financial planning, grower lending, and credit risk analysis
- Provide insight into trade risks, including tariffs and compliance
- 3 Direct Reports
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or CTP preferred)
- 3–5 years of direct treasury experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership in shared services (AR/AP) and financial operations
- Strong knowledge of banking, insurance, and risk management
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Envision, Oracle)
- Industry experience in agriculture, food, manufacturing, or automotive is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
