Client Relationship Management
- Collaborate closely with long-term accounts established by Impact Recruitment.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to stay informed about their current and upcoming needs by reviewing company websites, job postings, and conducting follow-up communications.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers across various departments to recruit for diverse verticals.
- Conduct follow-up after candidate placements to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Business Development
- Manage key accounts that have partnered with Impact Recruitment, including temporary assignments.
- Develop new business within your specialized industry.
- Generate job orders using our ATS/ CRM system.
- Expand relationships within client organizations by engaging with hiring managers across departments.
- Attend and sponsor events, becoming an active member of client associations and professional organizations.
- Build your personal brand by establishing long-standing connections with industry leaders.
Recruitment Project Management
- Work closely with the Recruitment Team to source top-tier candidates for client job orders.
- Ensure client needs are met by discussing upcoming projects, hiring plans, and staffing requirements.
- Deliver excellent service throughout the recruitment process, maintaining open and proactive communication.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic setting.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of relevant industries is beneficial but not mandatory—we provide training!
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary 40,000 $ -45000 $ with an uncapped commission structure and an OTE earning potential of 60,000$ – 80,000 $ during the first year.
