Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a national firm on the search for a Recruitment Coordinator, based on the south side of Winnipeg. This is a 6-month full-time term position with the opportunity to be extended. This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional looking to gain experience with a large corporate team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR Business partner team with full cycle recruitment
- Assisting with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Navigating the HRIS system to track candidates and update information
- Ensuring recruitment practices comply with company policies and regulations
- Assisting with other HR-related projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education related to HR Management
- 1+ years of related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Proficiency with MS Office; previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred
