Aplin is excited to partner with our client located in Wetaskiwin, to hire an Agricultural/Commercial Business Account Manager—a key role focused on supporting and growing a dynamic portfolio of agricultural and commercial clients. - Base salary $85k-$110k plus bonus up to 15%

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural and commercial loans and deposits.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective members through in-branch and onsite visits.
- Analyze financial data and recommend suitable solutions.
- Promote and cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and business goals.
- Review, process, and approve credit applications within authorized limits.
- Identify and develop a profitable loan and deposit portfolio through new business.
- Monitor and manage delinquent accounts and assist with collections as needed.
- Complete financial reporting and conduct regular portfolio reviews.
- Support and mentor lending staff, and contribute to training and performance management.
- Special projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Participate in business development and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit granting and commercial/agricultural lending.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Cooperative or credit union experience is an asset.
