Your Role: Shaping Strategy and Driving Success
As Finance Manager:
- Be the captain of our financial ship—oversee operations, close the books, and craft financial statements with precision.
- Lead and mentor an accounting dream team while inspiring growth and efficiency.
- Crunch the numbers to establish budgets and financial plans that fuel innovation.
- Analyze risks, benefits, and trends to guide impactful decisions.
- Own the day-to-day banking, reconciliations, and tax filings.
As IT Manager:
- Be the bridge between our IT provider and our business needs—ensuring stellar service and seamless communication.
- Oversee projects, budgets, and contracts, ensuring our tech solutions are top-notch and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with departments to align tech tools with business goals.
- Protect our digital landscape by ensuring compliance and security standards.

- Jump in as backup for payroll reviews when needed.
- Keep things running smoothly with ad-hoc projects and reporting.
Who You Are
- A numbers and tech enthusiast with 3-5 years of leadership experience in finance or accounting.
- A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- A natural leader who inspires and motivates teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a knack for problem-solving.
- Fluent in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
