Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of construction litigation matters, including lien disputes, bond claims, and schedule delays.
- Conduct thorough legal research and writing to support case strategies.
- Draft discovery requests and responses, analyze construction contracts, and participate in deposition taking as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in Washington state.
- 2+ years of experience practicing law, ideally focusing on construction litigation although not a must.
- Proficiency in legal research, writing, and e-discovery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrating a passion for excellent client service.
