Senior Manager, Internal Communications and Employer Branding

Position Summary:
The Manager of Internal Communications and Employer Branding is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement and strengthen the organization’s employer brand. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role will serve as the voice of the CEO, crafting messages that align with the executive vision and company values while fostering a cohesive brand narrative internally and externally. Additionally, this role provides event planning support to the CEO office, ensuring seamless execution of internal events that reinforce key messages and company culture. Manages a team of 2.5 FTE
