Aplin is proud to partner with a respected, Winnipeg-based company in search of a dynamic Branch Manager or Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-established branch and drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Branch Manager / Supervisor will:

• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business plans to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, cost control, asset management, and overall profitability.
• Champion a strong customer-focused culture across both B2B (industrial clients) and B2C (consumer customers).
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; foster employee engagement and retention.
• Support daily operational activities with a hands-on, collaborative "one team" approach.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership on business performance, opportunities, and market insights.
• Uphold and model ethical, professional behaviour in alignment with company values.
• Coordinate and participate in regular and annual physical inventory counts.
• Ensure branch operations align with corporate standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Post-secondary education (college or university degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership and/or sales experience with a strong track record of profitable growth.
• Proven ability in team leadership, negotiation, and business management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Results-driven with a positive, professional attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and coach team members.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.
• Experience in industrial product sales or service is a strong asset.
