Our client is going through a pivotal stage of growth and is seeking a highly capable Senior Contracts Manager to lead operational delivery, manage consortium coordination, and support executive-level project governance.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on administrator who can operate at the intersection of infrastructure delivery, Indigenous governance, and public-sector collaboration. This role oversees systems, contracts, reporting, stakeholder relations, and administrative planning for our development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, contracts, and compliance with funding requirements.
- Coordinate consortium operations, including governance support and policy development.
- Liaise with government agencies, partner communities, and professional advisors.
- Prepare financial reports, track KPIs, and support audits.
- Support recruitment, special projects, and organizational growth planning.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5–8 years in project administration, infrastructure, or operations.
- Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in contract management and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities or governments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project tracking tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in infrastructure or nonprofit development.
- Understanding of Indigenous governance and funding programs.
