About the Opportunity 
As a Senior Property Accountant, you’ll take ownership of full-cycle accounting across a diverse real estate portfolio that includes a mix of residential properties, active development projects, and commercial assets.
You’ll play a key role in monthly financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and day-to-day operational support. Communication and a proactive approach will be essential, as the role is highly integrated with both finance and operational teams.

Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle accounting across multiple properties and project types
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and supporting reports
  • CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and year-end working paper preparation
  • Oversight of AR/AP, cash flow tracking, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with lender and investor reporting as needed
  • Active use of Yardi Voyager for data entry, reporting, and system maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting function
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in property accounting or real estate finance
  • Strong understanding of both stabilized assets and development accounting
  • Highly proficiency in Yardi Voyager
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • CPA designation is an asset, but not required
Compensation
  • $75,000-$90,000
  • Extended health benefits
