Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with our downtown financial client to recruit an Investment Coordinator. As part of a growing wealth management department, this is an ideal opportunity for an individual to grow and develop with one of the best operating teams in the business. Please note this is a full time permanent Monday-Friday role with a 7am start time.
Our client is open to supporting recent university graduates looking to kickstart their careers in finance. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who is eager to grow their career in the industry. We are also open to tenured administrative professionals with a passion for financial services. This role does not require licensing, though it is always an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation and follow-up on new client account documentation
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and asset transfers
- Account reconciliations and settling of trades
- Validation of custodian pricing
- Troubleshooting with client services team and custodian as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related work experience with a wealth management or financial services firm
- Understanding of investment operations, account types, and transaction processing
- Related post-secondary education – completion of the CSC or IFIC would be an asset
- Proficiency with technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze, investigate, and problem-solve as needed
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy and attention to detail
