Receptionist

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon are currently recruiting for a temporary Receptionist role for a client based in Winnipeg. This is an immediate temporary role with the potential to become temporary to hire.

• Immediate temporary Receptionist position in Winnipeg 
• Monday to Friday onsite position

Responsibilities:

• Reception, greeting customers, and answering phones 
• Data entry of invoices  accounts payable and updating client accounts 
• Filing and scanning
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Two plus years of Reception experience in an office setting
• Proficient with MS Office  
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
