Site Coordinator (Project Management Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations of various client portfolios and being the main point of contact - customer service, inventory, order processing, and HR duties. 
• Managing the staffing and activities at various sites, ensuring all tasks are completed at targeted deadlines. 
• Maintaining safety and compliance across various jurisdictions. 
• Creating reports, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of all completed tasks. 
• Monitoring staff performance and providing guidance/feedback as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Two to five years of previous work experience in a similar role. 
• A business degree or related degree is an asset.
• Strong grasp of the business cycle - the processes and requirements. 
• Independent, reliable, and go-getter personality. 
• Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel Skills required.
