We are seeking a Business Development Representative in the Toronto area to drive our growth in this dynamic market. This pivotal role involves identifying and engaging with enterprise clients where we currently have no established business ties. You’ll be responsible for initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and securing meetings with key decision-makers to showcase our premier recruitment services.

We are seeking a Business Development Representative in the Toronto area to drive our growth in this dynamic market. This pivotal role involves identifying and engaging with enterprise clients where we currently have no established business ties. You’ll be responsible for initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and securing meetings with key decision-makers to showcase our premier recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to targeted enterprise accounts in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to introduce our services and schedule meetings with key stakeholders.
- Utilize strategic research and prospecting techniques to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base in Toronto’s competitive market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and personalized communication.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies tailored to the Toronto business landscape.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), including 100+ outbound calls per day, meetings booked, and client engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering is an asset.
- Proven track record of success in customer service, sales, or business development, ideally within the recruitment industry or B2B sales in the Toronto area.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to Toronto-based businesses.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, paired with a persistent and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in Toronto’s fast-paced, competitive business environment and meet or exceed KPIs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure follow-through with leads in a dynamic market.
