Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries, including automotive, industrial, marine, off-road, and communications sectors.
- Establish clear performance metrics and align operational goals with organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across both facilities.
- Oversee manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and logistics operations.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all operations.
- Lead the sales team to achieve growth targets and strengthen customer relationships.
- Identify new markets for manufacturing and distribution services.
- Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and customer acquisition plans to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting for both facilities.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across operations, sales, engineering, finance, and support functions.
- Promote collaboration between both facilities to achieve shared goals.
- Provide training, development, and succession planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while pursuing new growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality products, on-time delivery, and exceptional service.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights to maintain a market edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and distribution, with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, process optimization, and cost reductions.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, team building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in automotive and industrial sectors within manufacturing and distribution.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
