Our Saskatoon-based client is looking for a Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years experience as a paralegal in a corporate environment. Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing documents for partnerships, limited partnerships, and business names and coordinating extra-provincial registrations across Canada.
- Attending corporate filings with the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Corporations Canada.
- Respond to daily inquiries from counsel and clients and handle day-to-day corporate matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate environment.
- Transactional and drafting experience.
- Proficient with the ALF database or equivalent.
