Our client, a division of the Government of Alberta, located in south central Edmonton, is currently hiring a qualified Legal Administrator for a 10-week contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Collate and organize large volumes of data into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Support lease and license documentation processes, including assisting with agreement reviews.
  • Apply commercial real estate practices and processes effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Real Estate: Familiarity with lease and license documentation, and commercial real estate processes is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel for handling large data sets.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Legislative Knowledge (Asset): Familiarity with relevant real estate legislation such as the Real Estate Act, Residential Tenancies Act, and Land Titles Act.
  • Government Experience (Asset): Experience with Action Requests (ARs) and experience working in a government environment is preferred.
