Responsibilities:

Work Coordination & Planning
  • Plan and release production jobs, ensuring tasks are prioritized to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor job order changes and track progress to ensure customer expectations are met.
Production Oversight
  • Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, tools, and materials to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee job progress on the shop floor, ensuring quality standards and efficiency targets are met.
Inventory & Material Management
  • Coordinate the availability of materials and tools to avoid production delays.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely completion of production jobs.
Team Leadership
  • Support and train team members on processes and safety protocols.
  • Address attendance and performance issues while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Health & Safety Compliance
  • Promote workplace safety by ensuring adherence to safety regulations and plant rules.
  • Identify and address potential hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in initiatives to improve production processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in production planning, shop floor coordination, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. 
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply them to production tasks.
