Are you looking for career growth as an adjuster? We are seeking an experienced claims adjuster to join one of our clients as an assistant branch manager to help promote the team growth of property claims adjusters! 

Our client is a leading global claim adjusting firm, recognized as one of the largest in Canada and internationally. With a strong presence in over 70 countries, they leverage cutting-edge technology and a team of industry experts to ensure precise, efficient, and timely claims processing. As an industry trailblazer, they are committed to delivering exceptional service on a global scale.

  • $80,000 to $120,000 (depending on the experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Advising team members on larger, complex property claims 
  • Assist branch managers with their duties such as financial and asset management and HR related tasks
  • Train and mentor, the new hires on-site
  • Execute the sales and marketing plans
Qualifications:
  • Independent adjusting license or CIP full designation 
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial and property claims 
  • Must be able to come into the office hybrid (could be flexible)
  • Supervisory or management experience is good to have
