Benefits & Perks:
- $80,000 to $120,000 (depending on the experience)

- Advising team members on larger, complex property claims
- Assist branch managers with their duties such as financial and asset management and HR related tasks
- Train and mentor, the new hires on-site
- Execute the sales and marketing plans
- Independent adjusting license or CIP full designation
- Minimum 10 years of commercial and property claims
- Must be able to come into the office hybrid (could be flexible)
- Supervisory or management experience is good to have
