Responsibilities:

• Strong working relationships with owners and architects
• Pricing and Quantity Take Offs
• Scheduling and planning for sequencing and resource allocation
• Budgeting to provide cost savings for the company 
• Analyzing and reviewing drawings with estimating teams and identifying risks and gaps, while providing recommendations. 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience as an estimator in a similar role working with a general contractor in Canada
• Experience of bidding on large scale projects 
• Engineering degree an asset
