They are seeking a Personal Lines Broker to join their growing team and help local businesses protect their assets.
This Personal Lines Broker will manage and grow a book of business, provide excellent customer service with insurance products and policies, assess and evaluate risks, determine coverage levels, and negotiate with brokers to ensure optimal outcomes.

This Personal Lines Broker will manage and grow a book of business, provide excellent customer service with insurance products and policies, assess and evaluate risks, determine coverage levels, and negotiate with brokers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
- Answer phone calls from clients when available
- Create and produce insurance policies
- Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
- Complete policy reviews and renewals
- Level 1 general license
- Minimum 1 year of working experience at a brokerage in Autopac or Personal Lines
- Experienced in providing customer service in various situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of EPIC or other similar software
- Flexible base salary depending on relevant experience + commissions on new business and renewals + annual performance bonus
