The CX Manager oversees branch operations, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction while managing logistics, installation, and field services. This hands-on leader enhances processes, motivates teams, and achieves key performance metrics within the window and door industry.

Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations: Lead daily operations, resolve escalated customer issues, and foster strong team collaboration. Manage hiring, training, and performance development.
- Service, Installation, & Logistics: Oversee warranty cases, parts ordering, scheduling, and field services. Manage logistics, warehousing, and installation services, ensuring quality and cost control.
- Leadership & Training: Coach and train staff on workflows, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Experience: 5+ years in customer service or field operations; 3+ years in a supervisory role. Background in logistics, manufacturing, or the window and door industry preferred.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
