Aplin has partnered with an innovative leader in the construction industry to hire a Senior Project Manager for their Edmonton, AB office. In this role you will oversee all aspects of project management, including procurement, scope, scheduling, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and stakeholder management. This role requires collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle, including resource allocation, scheduling, documentation, and budgeting.
  • Achieve project budget targets and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize project teams into effective workgroups and guide their efforts to meet project specifications and deliverables.
  • Oversee internal and external contractors or trades to ensure quality and timely completion.
Qualifications
  • Minimum eight years of experience in commercial construction.
  • At least five years of direct experience in construction project management.
  • Willingness to travel to local and off-site locations as required.
