Aplin has partnered with our British Columbia-based client to lead their next search for the permanent role of a Human Resources Generalist who will be engaged in a wide array of human resources activities from recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and disability management, training and employee development, workplace investigations, workplace policy guide, and performance management.
Salary expectations: $65k-$80k

- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience
- CPHR certification is an asset
- Labour relations experience is required
- Proficient understanding of Employment laws and legislation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
