Responsibilities:
  • Organize and review client production documents, including scanning, coding, and e-discovery processing.
  • Prepare Affidavits of Records, including document review and coding.
  • Assist in the preparation of production materials, such as witness and expert briefing binders.
  • Manage data imports, export load files, load transcripts, and maintain network case databases.
  • Coordinate and organize exhibits, undertakings, pleadings, and motion materials.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary diploma/certificate from an accredited paralegal/legal assistant program (successful career history will be considered).
  • 3+ years as a Paralegal, working on litigation matters.
  • Solid understanding of legal concepts and procedures.
  • Proficient in litigation support software (e.g., Eclipse) with a strong grasp of e-discovery requirements and practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, document management systems, and a keen interest in e-discovery tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, complemented by excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the confidence to collaborate effectively with lawyers and clients.
