About the Role:
This remote-based role offers the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical architectural solutions, including Integration, Security Architecture, Technical Design, and Deployment Architecture.
• Assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding the implementation of scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce designs.
• Define and oversee the system's overall functional and data architecture.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and support developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
• Guide integrations with external systems and optimize bulk API processes.
• Resolve conflicts related to process and data architecture, ensuring a seamless implementation.
• Partition architecture into manageable components for efficient development.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, incorporating them into solutions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Product Team to address issues and optimize the client’s Salesforce solution.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Platform Developer 2, Integration Architect, and Certified Administrator are highly desirable. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8–10 years of proven experience designing and implementing technical architecture for Salesforce solutions, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
