- Navigate stakeholder relationships professionally
- Identify and address project challenges and opportunities
- University degree in Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Geography, or related field
- Full Membership or eligibility for Canadian Institute of Planners - MCIP
- 8+ years of progressive municipal or environmental planning experience
- Strong knowledge of land use planning legislation and policy
- Proven public consultation and stakeholder facilitation experience
- Complex project management expertise with multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellence in analytical and communication skills
- Commitment to innovation and sustainable development practices
