They are seeking a leader to oversee their planning team, manage proposals, drive project excellence, and foster team growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business growth and client relationships
• Provide team direction aligned with business unit strategy
• Manage diverse projects including sustainable development initiatives
• Oversee proposal development, pricing, and content creation
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk management
• Support team mentorship and quality deliverable standards
• Navigate stakeholder relationships professionally
• Identify and address project challenges and opportunities

Qualifications

• University degree in Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Geography, or related field
• Full Membership or eligibility for Canadian Institute of Planners - MCIP
• 8+ years of progressive municipal or environmental planning experience
• Strong knowledge of land use planning legislation and policy
• Proven public consultation and stakeholder facilitation experience
• Complex project management expertise with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellence in analytical and communication skills
• Commitment to innovation and sustainable development practices
