Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with an Oakville, ON-based company to hire a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual French)! This will be a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.

Benefits & Perks:
  • Compensation: $25 to $36/hour
  • Please note, that this will be a fully on-site role at the client’s Oakville, ON office. There will be 1 to 2 weeks of training in the US and accommodation will be provided.
  • Immediate Start
  • 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.
  • Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm for Training) and then moved 7 am to 4 pm
Responsibilities:
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Provide timely and efficient collection of the company’s Accounts Receivables and approve orders on new accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist clients with any credit and collections inquiries via email and inbound phone calls.
  • Analyze requests for credit extension on new and existing accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Must have over 1 year of Customer Service experience in a call center.
  • Experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Must be Proficient in MS Office including Excel.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
