 Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic business growth and client relationships
  • Provide team direction aligned with business unit strategy
  • Manage diverse projects including sustainable development initiatives
  • Oversee proposal development, pricing, and content creation
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk management
  • Support team mentorship and quality deliverable standards
 Qualifications
  • University degree in Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Geography, or related field
  • Full Membership or eligibility for Canadian Institute of Planners
  • 5+ years of progressive municipal or environmental planning experience
  • Strong knowledge of land use planning legislation and policy
  • Proven public consultation and stakeholder facilitation experience
  • Complex project management expertise with multi-disciplinary teams
