Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and format legal documents and correspondence.
  • Organize and manage lawyers’ emails and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize client files and records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Handle billing processes and manage time entries with accuracy.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, lawyers, and legal assistants.
  • Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant information.
  • Ensure timely filing of documents in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal teams.
Qualifications:
  • A Legal Assistant diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in corporate commercial law.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills.
  • A professional and detail-oriented approach to work.
