Our client is seeking high-performing Inside Sales Specialist to join their established and growing organization in the Edmonton area.   • Base salary of $45,000 plus incentives at target from $44k-$87k.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and market expansion.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators to contribute to increased market share.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with both existing and prospective clients through a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assess client needs to recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals and priorities.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including creating and processing contracts efficiently.
  • Collaborate across teams for outstanding results.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent delivery of services.
  • Engage with leadership and peers to align sales efforts with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions with leadership to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Take initiative in creating and executing a personal development plan in consultation with leadership.
  • Meet all customer commitments and maintain a high standard of follow-up.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Skilled at building relationships, solving problems, and navigating complex situations using sales best practices.
  • An excellent communicator who provides tailored advice and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proven sales professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, excelling in your role
  • Independent, energetic, and driven to achieve success and exceed goals.
