Our client is seeking high-performing Inside Sales Specialist to join their established and growing organization in the Edmonton area. Benefits/Perks:
- Base salary of $45,000 plus incentives at target from $44k-$87k.

- Drive sales growth and market expansion.

- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with both existing and prospective clients through a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Assess client needs to recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals and priorities.
- Manage administrative tasks, including creating and processing contracts efficiently.
- Collaborate across teams for outstanding results.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent delivery of services.
- Engage with leadership and peers to align sales efforts with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions with leadership to enhance skills and competencies.

- Meet all customer commitments and maintain a high standard of follow-up.
