Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, draft, and revise documents for commercial lending, property purchases, and sales.
  • Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, clients, and external parties to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence searches and provide detailed reports.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate commercial files, meeting critical deadlines with precision.
  • Process financial transactions in accordance with firm policies.
  • Draft routine correspondence and communicate professionally with clients as required.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Paralegal Studies or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial paralegal role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated and self-directed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
