Our client is seeking a flexible and skilled Legal Administrative Assistant - Floater to provide both short-term and long-term coverage within their Corporate/Commercial department.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Legal Assistants during high workload periods and cover vacations
- Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Legal Assistant Diploma from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Legal Assistant in Corporate/Commercial law
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
