Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a rapidly growing real estate development firm in the search for an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking for a fun, casual office.

This is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday in-office role. Hours of work are 8:30am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the reception desk including greeting visitors and directing calls
  • Providing administrative support to the project management team
  • Scheduling meetings, overseeing calendars, and documenting action items
  • Answering tenant questions and responding to requests
  • Data entry of expenses and processing payments
  • Ordering office supplies and organizing staff events
  • Coordinating with IT support
  • Filing (paper and electronic) as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office in a similar role
  • Related post-secondary education is an asset
  • Impressive customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload
  • Proficiency with MS Office
