Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a rapidly growing real estate development firm in the search for an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking for a fun, casual office.
This is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday in-office role. Hours of work are 8:30am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the reception desk including greeting visitors and directing calls
- Providing administrative support to the project management team
- Scheduling meetings, overseeing calendars, and documenting action items
- Answering tenant questions and responding to requests
- Data entry of expenses and processing payments
- Ordering office supplies and organizing staff events
- Coordinating with IT support
- Filing (paper and electronic) as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office in a similar role
- Related post-secondary education is an asset
- Impressive customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload
- Proficiency with MS Office
