The Integrated Project Delivery Manager at our client's company will oversee and manage our Integrated Project Delivery process, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to maximize project efficiency, quality, and timeliness. In this role, you will coordinate across design, engineering, and field teams to ensure project success from start to finish and actively pursue new IPD opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IPD process, integrating cross-functional teams to streamline project delivery.
  • Pursue and secure new IPD work, building relationships with potential clients and partners to grow  IPD portfolio.
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, and construction professionals to establish and maintain project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans, aligning with IPD objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
  • Identify risks proactively, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on budget and time.
  • Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Track and report IPD progress, KPIs, and key milestones to internal teams and clients.
  • Champion continuous improvement practices, driving innovation in IPD within MCL Power.

Qualifications:
  • Must have proven experience with IPD projects and methods.
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within the electrical contracting or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and codes for electrical contracting.
  • Certifications such as PMP or LEED are advantageous.
