Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the complex billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Handle billing discrepancies and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Process and reconcile billing based on hours worked and project timelines.
  • Receive and process invoices in the company system.
  • Ensure all vouchering of invoices is done accurately and within the set timeline.
  • Assist the full-time Time Keeper when necessary with tracking and processing employee hours.
  • Ensure accurate recording of hours for billing and payroll purposes.
  • Perform standard administrative tasks such as filing, responding to emails, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining records.
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed, ensuring the smooth running of the office during the contract period.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in billing or financial administration is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex billing tasks.
  • Familiarity with vouchering and invoice processing is an asset.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment and providing support where needed.
