Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the complex billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Handle billing discrepancies and communicate with clients as needed.
- Process and reconcile billing based on hours worked and project timelines.
- Receive and process invoices in the company system.
- Ensure all vouchering of invoices is done accurately and within the set timeline.
- Assist the full-time Time Keeper when necessary with tracking and processing employee hours.
- Ensure accurate recording of hours for billing and payroll purposes.
- Perform standard administrative tasks such as filing, responding to emails, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining records.
- Provide additional support to the team as needed, ensuring the smooth running of the office during the contract period.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing or financial administration is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex billing tasks.
- Familiarity with vouchering and invoice processing is an asset.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and providing support where needed.
