We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our client's team. As a Service Writer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients' service or repair work. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and coordinating repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services.
- Generate repair orders and obtain necessary approvals from customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Request and track POs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle cash transactions process payments, and file documents.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed repairs.
Qualifications:
- Completion of High school required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role in an Diesel truck or equipment repair setting, an asset.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of computers.
