Our client is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with 3 to 7 years of experience. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong client service orientation, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively. Strong research and problem-solving skills are also highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Transcribe digital dictation and enter time dockets
- Ensure that all physical and electronic filing is consistently up to date
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Legal Assistant Diploma or Certificate, or a combination of equivalent legal assistant experience and/or education
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, with a minimum of 3 years in labor and employment law
- Knowledge of court processes
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with specific procedures for employment-related cases
