We’re looking for a friendly, chatty, and ambitious person to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist in our Downtown Vancouver office (Hybrid work model)! Whether you’re a social butterfly who loves talking to people or someone already in a business development role, this could be the perfect fit for you.
This role is flexible—work part-time or full-time within Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, so it’s a great opportunity if you’re a student, working another job, or just want some extra flexibility. The role starts as a 3-month contract with the potential to go permanent.

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to new prospects to set up meetings for your Director.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, introducing them to our products/services and identifying their needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets (200 calls per day).
- Eligible for bonus for each attended meeting.
- Work hybrid—mix of in-office (Downtown Vancouver) and remote work.
- Flexible schedule that works around your life—choose part-time or full-time.
- Potential for a long-term gig if things go well!
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center, sales, hospitality, retail); B2B cold-calling experience is a plus.
- You’re great on the phone—whether it’s chatting about software, IT products, or anything else.
- You’re a confident communicator who can effectively engage prospects and articulate our value proposition persuasively.
- You’re driven and motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Comfortable making 200+ cold calls daily, keeping enthusiasm high.
- Adaptable and able to work independently while adjusting strategies as needed.
