Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Winnipeg-based company to hire a Receptionist for an immediate temporary opportunity. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard.
  • Greet walk-in customers, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Sort, stamp, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Arrange courier pick-ups for small packages and coordinate deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry and scanning.

Qualifications:
  • 1 plus years of Reception experience. 
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and attention to detail.
  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
  • Visitor management skills, including greeting and directing customers professionally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Multitasking capabilities, able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation (due to limited public transit access to the office location).
